we are happy to bring you the kindest regards from beautiful colorado, more precisely from Silverthorne at lake Dillon.
We are now staying another 6 days having so much fun out there in the great resorts of Keystone, Vail and Breckenridge. We are looking back to two and a half weeks of ups and downs in parkriding.
It all started on Frebruary the 13th with a 9h flight from Munich do Atlanta and from there to Denver. After nearly 24 hours awake we fell in our first American beads in a Motel near Denver. The next day we woke up and saw the beatiful offsets of the Rocky Mountains near Denver. Impressed of this great landscape and the exaggerated big cars (as we also have driven) we headed to sightseeing at Red Rocks and to our first American breakfast. After all had done really well we got into our noble condo in Silverthorne.
The next days some really funny skiing days followed. Unfortunatelly we got none of the great Rocky Mountain Powder as we expectet but luckily many blue bird days up in the mountains. Another bad luck we had in case of the very strong wind, which made it pretty hard to jump the kickers in the first two weeks. We decided to check out the Woodward area of Copper Mountain in order to train some doubles and funny stuff on the trampoline for the upcoming spring time at our home resorts.
Except some little wounds like a broken little toe, skinned elbows, hurting thumbs or burned faces, there are fortunately no bigger injuries at all. Of course we did some time out.
On really bad weather days we decided to do something typical American things like bowling, check out the resort' s spa area ore simply eating big Burger. Also we headed to Lake Dillon ore made a shopping tour through the Main-Street in Breckenridge. All this funny days will make it probably the best vacation we ever had yet.
We took every day on camera an we will naturally drop another edit of our journey, so stay tuned for more.
Despite Colorado is really awesome, we are looking forward to come back to Austria and having a great time with you!
